Run battle tournaments without the chaos
Battle Beast watches every LIVE battle as it happens, scores the rounds, catches no-shows with photo proof, and keeps pairings, referees and standings in sync. Your team hosts the night. The system does the bookkeeping.
Tournament night shouldn't need a war room
Running battles by hand works for ten creators. At a hundred, it turns into group-chat screenshots, arguments about who showed up, and spreadsheets finished at 2 AM.
Refs juggling three streams at once, trying to catch every round before it ends.
"I was there!" No-show disputes with no proof either way.
Pairings built by hand, with rematches and uneven matchups slipping through.
Results typed into spreadsheets after the night is over, with mistakes that surface days later.
From sign-ups to standings, handled
One system for the whole tournament: who battles whom, who's refereeing, what happened in every round, and who's still in.
Automatic scoring
Each battle is watched while it's LIVE. Rounds, scores and winners are recorded the moment they happen, including sudden-death tiebreaks.
No-show proof
Attendance is checked at the start and again ten minutes in, with photos. No more "I was there". The evidence is on the scorecard.
Fair pairings
Creators are paired within their division, avoiding repeat opponents where possible, with wild cards handled for you.
Referee scheduling
Set each ref's availability once. Battles are assigned automatically, with a cap on how many they cover at once and overflow going to your lead.
Every battle on one wall
A live view of every battle in progress, with scores and a round timer on each tile. Tap any tile to hear it.
Scorecards you can share
Every battle gets a scorecard with round-by-round scores, photos, notes and the ref who called it. Shareable in one click.
Standings that update themselves
Wins, losses and qualifying update the moment a result is final. Export the night in the same layout as your sheet.
People decide the edge cases
Anything unusual (a dropped connection, a stopped series, a disputed call) goes to a review inbox. Nobody is removed until a person confirms.
Late battles still count
If both creators come back online and run their series later that night, it's caught and scored, no chasing required.
Three steps to a hands-off tournament night
Set up your tournament
Import creators, set divisions and your rules: best of three or five, win targets, how many nights, who qualifies.
Pair and publish each night
Pairings, battle times and referees are generated for you. Review them, make any hand edits, and publish.
Let it run
Battles are watched, scored and photographed as they happen. Your refs handle the few calls that need a person, and standings stay current all night.

Frequently asked
Do creators need to install anything or share a password?
No. Creators go LIVE and battle like they always do. There's nothing to download, and nobody is asked for their login.
Does a person still make the final call?
Yes. Routine results are recorded automatically, but anything unusual (a dropped connection, a stopped series, a disputed no-show) goes to a review inbox for a referee or admin to decide. Every change can be undone.
Can it follow our specific rules?
Yes. Formats, win targets, divisions, qualifying and exceptions are set per tournament. If your tournament has a rule we don't handle yet, tell us in the demo.
What happens if a creator battles at a different time?
Battles played earlier in the day are recognized, and a series run late the same night is still picked up if both creators come back online. Anything that doesn't fit the schedule is flagged for review, not thrown out.
